Cooking with locals

Bosnian cuisine is a mixture of Turkish, central European and Mediterranean cuisine. Be sure that you’ll try best dolme, burek (pita) and sweetest baklava in this city. But, we don’t want just to take you to try it, we want to dare you to make it by yourself (with some help from our local kitchen masters). This educational workshop takes roughly 4 hours, you know that cooking demands time, specially this fine cooking of the traditional Bosnian meals. But do not worry, you’ll be mixing, stuffing, rolling and baking so the time will go by really fast.

By the end of the lessons you’ll be super overwhelmed by all the scents and you’ll definitely be ready to taste that delicious homemade meal. All of our veggies and materials are organic, so you can consider that this is going to be your healthy and balanced meal. Our health comes from the nutritious meals, and what’s better than thin rolled dough filled with meat (or potato/cheese for vegetarian option). As an option your can choose to accompany your meal with local wine (we have two sorts, white – žilavka and red – blatina). This will add to the price, but it will also add to your full experience!
